| Consultation fee | A fixed fee applies to the initial consultation. However, this fee is fully credited towards your final invoice if you proceed with our full tuning or repair services. |
| Next steps | Once your consultation is complete, and you decide to move forward, the consultation fee will be applied to your service order, and we'll proceed with the requested work. |

Beyond the initial consultation, our pricing for tuning and repair work is straightforward. We aim for full transparency, so you know exactly what to expect.

At 803 Services, we believe the tuning process should be exciting, not stressful. That's why we make it our priority to identify every component your vehicle needs before you ever schedule your appointment.
During our initial consultation and quoting process, we'll thoroughly review your vehicle's year, make, model, and ECM/TCM type to determine exactly what hardware, unlock services, or adapter cables are required. We work closely with outside vendors and manufacturers to source what's needed, so you don't have to navigate the technical maze alone.
What We Ask of You:
While we handle the legwork, we do ask that you confirm all required components are physically available and ready on the day of your tuning session. Delays from missing cables, unprocessed unlocks, or unverified vehicle configurations are the owner's responsibility, but we'll do everything in our power to keep your experience streamlined and painless—from the first phone call to the final dyno pull.
